At Lucida Studio, we ensure a professional and efficient experience from start to finish. Our punctuality is a point of pride, as we arrive on-site at or before the scheduled time. Our dedicated photographer will spend up to three hours capturing up to 50 initial shots, covering as many as three homes in a single session.
You will be required to pay for the photographer's time upfront, with no additional charge for photos until they are finalized.
We encourage you to guide us through your property, highlighting any special features or areas of focus. Your input is invaluable in capturing the essence of your space.
Once your photos are taken, they are securely transferred to our in-house digital editor, who will work closely with you to select the best images from each shoot. Using state-of-the-art editing techniques, we enhance each photo to present your property in the most appealing light.
Each finished image is available for individual purchase in both high-quality digital format and, upon request, physical format. All images will be fully rendered and optimized, ready for seamless upload to your business or marketing platforms.
For security reasons, preliminary photos will remain confidential. Once we’ve meticulously selected the standout images, you’ll be presented with sample photos of the final results. Please note that these samples will be watermarked and protected by copyright until the final images are purchased.
While we highly recommend our professional in-house editing service, we understand that there may be occasions when you prefer to use your own editors or want unedited photos. In such cases, unedited and unwatermarked versions of every photo can be requested for a nominal production fee of $5, which will be added to the final cost of the shoot.
